SMS Terms

PilotLab LLC sends text messages to people who opt in, about their inquiry, consultation or project and related PilotLab services. Messages may include replies to your questions, scheduling and appointment reminders, project updates and occasional information about our services.

You opt in by ticking the optional text message checkbox on our contact form and providing your mobile number, or by giving us your consent in writing. Opting in is not required to contact us or to buy any product or service.

Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or project. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also opt out by emailing support@pilotlab.net or calling 1-888-370-6801.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Text messaging may not be available on every carrier or device.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text message opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

These terms cover texts that PilotLab sends to you. Businesses that use PilotLab products to contact their own customers are responsible for their own consent, disclosures and opt-out handling, as required by our Acceptable Use Policy.
