These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Website pilotlab.net and all related products and services provided by PilotLab LLC ("PilotLab," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Website or any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and
  • You have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract with PilotLab, and
  • You are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.

2. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach

3. Services Overview

PilotLab provides multiple SaaS products, including but not limited to:

PilotVerify, PilotDrop, PilotDocs, PilotLookup, PilotWriter, PilotProspect, PilotBin, PilotFlow, PilotSocial, PilotLedger.

Features may vary by product and subscription plan. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited or unauthorized messages, spam, or bulk communications
  • Violate any applicable laws related to marketing, privacy, and communications (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR)
  • Infringe or misappropriate any third-party rights
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Services

5. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

Some Services connect to third-party platforms including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Google, and GitHub.

By connecting your account to any third-party platform, you authorize PilotLab to access and use information from that platform as permitted by the scopes/permissions you grant.

6. Subscription Plans, Fees, and Payments

  • Fees: Subscription fees and pricing details will be presented at the time of purchase.
  • Billing: You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Taxes: Fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
  • Refunds: Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

7. Data Ownership and User Content

You retain ownership of data you input into the Services. You grant PilotLab a non-exclusive license to host, use, and display your data solely for providing the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit the data and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, logos, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to PilotLab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, CCPA, and platform-specific terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or 100% accurate. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

PilotLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to PilotLab in the 12 months preceding the event (or USD $100 if no fees were paid).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PilotLab from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your data and content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or fail to pay fees when due.

You may stop using the Services at any time and request account closure by contacting support.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada, USA.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. By continuing to use the Services after the updated Terms become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
